We wish to offer you/your company the opportunity to be a part of this exciting event through either sponsorship or donation. The benefits to you by taking up sponsorship include wide exposure via television, print and radio throughout Western Australia, nationally via ABCRA Magazine and event websites such as Tourism WA, Australia’s Coral Coast, our Website, Facebook and Instagram pages. Please see attached ‘Event Details / Sponsorship Packages’ for specific details. Sponsorships need not necessarily be cash; in-kind services are just as valuable and welcomed.

Our event consists of a Full Points & Prize Money Rodeo, a Beaut Ute Competition, a Whip Crackin’ Competition and a Country Music Concert. We have free interactive workshops, stalls with information, giftware, western apparel, and a wide variety of food & refreshments on site. Each year we obtain Grant Funding to add roving entertainment and attractions so there is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy, which in turn keeps costs affordable for spectators. Free camping is provided on site and breakfast is served on both Saturday and Sunday.

Our Committee consists of dedicated community members who work collaboratively to present this annual event. Our objectives are to revitalise and strengthen community spirit, boost the local economy and showcase our town as a great place to live and visit. With continued support this event promises to prosper for many years to come.
